Request the cancellation through our official channels, providing your booking reference number.
Operational booking rules
- Voucher/confirmation required at drop-off.
- Daily rates are counted in 24-hour periods from the drop-off time.
- Unused days (early pickup) are not refunded.
- License plate/vehicle changes require at least 48h notice.
- Bookings are personal and non-transferable.
- The shuttle does not carry boxes, boards, bicycles or oversized items.
- Travel insurance (R$ 19,99): insured customers receive a full refund of the booking; the insurance amount itself is non-refundable.
