More than 20 years protecting vehicles taught us what travelers need: to reach the terminal fast, leave the car safe and face no surprises on the price. These are the Bandeira Park services — some included in every booking, others optional.
Free 24/7 shuttle (GRU and VCP)
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter XL van for 20 passengers, leather seats, 32" TV and air conditioning, with ~20,000 L of luggage space — no bag limit and no fee. Departures every 20–25 minutes, ride of up to 10 minutes, average wait of 12–13 minutes. On your return, call or WhatsApp and the van picks you up at the terminal.
Our recommendation: arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your check-in time.
At GRU the shuttle serves Terminals 1, 2 and 3. CGH and Tietê have no shuttle — access is on foot (5 min through the tunnel / 4 min to the bus terminal).
Valet at the boarding gate
The only group at GRU, VCP, CGH and Tietê with valet at the boarding gate.
On a pay-per-use basis, valet at the gate is available only at Guarulhos; at Congonhas and Viracopos it is exclusive to Clube Bandeira Plus members.
Book the valet at least 24 hours in advance. While the attendant drives your car, it is covered by Newe insurance of R$ 700.000; in the parking spots, the Tokio Marine R$ 1.000.000 policy applies.
At GRU, Valet Premium is operated with our partner Valetina for R$ 26,40/dia (30-day basis).
Lock & Keep Your Key — Tranca e Leve a Chave (+20%)
You park in a spot near the front desk, lock the car and keep the key — no one moves your vehicle while you travel. +20% sobre a tarifa; available at GRU and VCP.
With the VIP Spot, the valet attendant keeps the key; with Lock & Keep Your Key (Tranca e Leve a Chave), the key travels with you.

With the Vaga VIP, the valet parks the car and keeps the key. With Tranca e Leve a Chave — lock it and take the key (+20% on the rate) — you park near the reception and take the key with you — no one accesses the car.
Is the shuttle really free? Is there a luggage limit?
Yes, free and with no luggage limit, 24 hours every day, at GRU and VCP.
How much does the car wash cost?
