Online daily rate from R$ 18,49 (uncovered) or R$ 22,19 (covered). 7 days: R$ 93,17; 30 days: R$ 239,40. Walk-in, the daily rate starts at R$ 29,70.

How much does parking at Congonhas Airport cost?

Online daily rate of R$ 32,54, in a covered basement spot (the only type). 7 days: R$ 199,29; 30 days: R$ 511,80.

How much does parking at Viracopos Airport cost?

As of June 2026, the online daily rate at VCP starts at R$ 18,49 — the same starting value as GRU — and 30 days cost R$ 239,40.

Why is the online price cheaper than the walk-in price?

The online booking price is the rate for those who secure a spot in advance; the walk-in price is the rate for those who arrive without a booking. At GRU, for example: R$ 18,49 online vs R$ 29,70 walk-in for the uncovered daily rate.

Which payment methods do you accept?

PIX, Visa and Mastercard, with up to 12 interest-free card installments.

Is there a long-stay discount?

Yes, automatically: the daily rate drops by tier (at GRU/VCP, from R$ 18,49 down to R$ 7,98/day between 18 and 30 days). From 31 days on, a special rate is available on request.

Traslado e acesso

Is the shuttle free?

Yes, at Guarulhos and Viracopos: 24 hours, every day, with no luggage limit and no fee. At GRU it serves Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

How long does the shuttle take and how often does the van leave?

The ride takes up to 10 minutes; vans every 20–25 minutes; average wait of 12–13 minutes. The vans are air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter XL.

How does the return work when I land?

Call or message the location on WhatsApp (GRU: 11 94772-4436 / +55 11 92137-6719 · VCP: 19 3265-5208 / +55 19 97829-2777) and the van picks you up at the terminal.

Does Congonhas have a shuttle?

No — because it doesn't need one: the parking is ~300 m from the terminal, a ~5-minute walk through the covered tunnel (open 24 hours, with escalators).

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at the parking lot 30–45 minutes before your check-in time.

Is it safe to leave my car with you?

Yes: Tokio Marine insurance of R$ 1.000.000 per vehicle included, zero robberies or thefts in more than 20 years of operation, license plate recognition on every vehicle, cameras with continuous recording and 24-hour patrols.

What happens if the car is damaged?

The R$ 1.000.000 insurance covers robbery, theft and damage — and the track record is 100% of claims resolved. The vehicle's condition is documented at check-in with photos and a checklist.

Who keeps the car key?

You choose: with Tranca e Leve a Chave (GRU, +20%) the key travels with you; with the Vaga VIP, the licensed valet keeps it. At Congonhas, the valet parks the car in the basement.

Is the car kept under cover?

At Congonhas, always (100% basement). At GRU and VCP, you choose covered or uncovered.

What do you do with the car on long stays?

Preventive maintenance: they start the engine periodically, check tire pressure and battery charge; a full tank on request.

How do I make a booking?

In 1 minute, at bandeirapark.online/reservar: choose the location, the dates and the spot type, and pay online. The confirmation arrives by e-mail.

Can I cancel my booking? How does the refund work?

Yes: 90% refund when you cancel 3 or more days before drop-off; 40% up to 48 hours before; no refund in case of no-show. Details at /politica-de-cancelamento.

Can I show up without a booking?

You can, subject to spot availability — but you will pay the walk-in price, which is higher than the online booking price.

Do I pay when I book?

Yes, payment is online: instant PIX or card.

Can I change my booking dates?

Which location should I choose?

Based on your departure point: GRU, CGH or VCP. For the bus terminal and events at Anhembi/Expo Center Norte, the Tietê location.

Are you open overnight and on holidays?

Yes: 24 hours, every day of the year, at all four locations.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes: an RPS receipt on the spot, at the counter (ready for reimbursement), and the invoice (nota fiscal) issued right after.

After every 5 stays, the 6th is free — the entire stay — valid at GRU, CGH and VCP, with automatic, free enrollment.

What is Clube Bandeira Plus?

The premium subscription (plans from R$ 59,90 to R$ 1.000,00/month) with the exclusive right to valet at the boarding gate at all 3 airports. Subscribe via the call center at (11) 3017-5808.

What happened to the points program?

It was replaced by Clube Bandeira on July 1, 2026.
